SMS / Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description

Indy Karting SC, LLC (“Indy Karting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a transactional text-messaging service. When you provide your mobile telephone number to us, including at the time of booking a race reservation in person, by phone, or online, you consent to receive a text message notifying you when your race session is ready and instructing you to report to the racing stand for your pre-race briefing.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile telephone number, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to receive transactional text messages from Indy Karting at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have the account holder’s permission to enroll the number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency is limited to one message per reservation. This is a transactional service. We do not use this program to send recurring marketing or promotional messages.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Indy Karting is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. Opt-Out

You can cancel the text-messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from this program. You may rejoin at any time by providing your mobile number to us again.

6. Help

For help or more information about the program, reply HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us using the information in Section 10. You may also reach us at the email or phone number listed there with any questions about the messaging service.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Indy Karting is not responsible for messages that are delayed or not delivered due to factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Mobile telephone numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the messaging service provider that transmits messages on our behalf, and only to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. 9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Revisions will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued participation in the text-messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
