Is a Driver’s license required to do Axe Throwing or Race?
No, a Driver’s license is not required to race, but we can and will check occasionally to verify your age and identity.
Are there any age requirements to Race or do Axe-Throwing?
Axe-Throwing has a minimum age of thirteen to throw. There are no age requirements for racing, only a height requirement. The criteria to race is 58″ for Adults and 49″ for Juniors.
How do I sign up for a Race or Axe Throwing?

Can I bring my helmet?
Absolutely. If your helmet is DOT approved and has a visor, you can race with your helmet.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final.
Can I walk around the location?
Of course! You can come any day of the week, look at our Axe-Throwing Arcade, and view the track from the sidelines. We do not allow customers to do a track walk.
How can I sign my child’s waiver if I’m not there?
You must create a new account online and sign the waiver in your name. Once your waiver is signed, it will ask if you want to add minors. Press yes, add their information, and you’re all ready!
If my child is racing, can I race with them?
Junior and Adult Karts have different height requirements, and we cannot do mixed races. If your child reaches the Adult Kart height requirement of 58″, they can race with preteens and teens, not in the adult races. We reserve the right to move your child into a junior race if they have trouble in the Adult Kart.
What shoes should I wear?
Close-toed shoes are recommended, but crocks and sandals are allowed and permitted to race (we will not stop a race if the shoe falls off during a race). Shoes are required to race.
What should I wear?
Any shirt or jackets that do not have any explicit imagery or wording that are family-friendly are what we recommend to race, as well as any shorts or pants of your choosing that also do not have any explicit imagery or words and are family-friendly.
How fast do the go-karts go?
The go-karts can go up to 27 miles per hour, but we can and will slow down any inexperienced or reckless drivers.
Do you have any double karts?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any double karts. Adult and Junior racers will have to drive single karts.
Can I split race packages with other people?
No splitting of any race packages is allowed. All packages are on a per-person basis.
How do the races work?
Each race is 7 minutes long and are won by whoever has the fastest lap time.
Do I have to make an online reservation to race?
Online bookings are not required to race. But you can do so here.
Does the arcade take coins and tokens?
Our arcade uses an arcade card that you fill with credits using cash or a credit card. You can get this card from a kiosk in our arcade or from our front desk attendant.
Are waivers required to Race or Axe Throw?
Our waivers are mandatory to participate in either Axe Throwing or Kart Racing. You can sign your waivers online or when you register an account. https://ikbluffton.clubspeed.com/cs-registration/
Are some karts faster than others?
Our karts are all programmed the same way.
What are the differences between Junior and Adult Karts?
Adult Karts are larger and faster than Junior Karts! Meanwhile, the Junior karts have a slower, more manageable speed and easier steering.
How does the league work?
Adult league occurs on the first Sunday of the month (please check our calendar for exceptions). The first two races are 14-lap qualifiers, and the best times of those two races will give you your position in
